About The Position

The Process Management Analyst supports operational excellence by executing and improving business processes across various functional areas. This role ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency in workflows that may include supplier onboarding, product lifecycle management, contract administration, and data maintenance. The analyst collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and supports the implementation of scalable solutions. This is a hybrid position that is onsite in Lake Forest or Chicago 2 days a week. This position is not eligible for any form of sponsorship now or in the future. Only individuals authorized to work in the United States now and for the foreseeable future will be considered for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience in process management, operations, merchandising, eCommerce, or related fields. New grads welcome!
  • Familiarity with workflow and data tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, SQL, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience analyzing data and drawing insights to problem solve and continously improve processes
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and execute various operational activities involving supplier, cost, product lifecycle processes and data maintenance activities.
  • Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and support the development of tools that enhance operational workflows.
  • Manage feedback channels and resolve issues to improve data quality and customer experience.
  • Support project execution and reporting activities, including tracking milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of process impacts to upstream and downstream systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, SQL-based systems), providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and compliance standards in all process execution activities.
