About The Position

Join a fast‑paced GMP manufacturing team where your maintenance expertise keeps production running at peak performance. As a Process Maintenance Technician II, you’ll independently troubleshoot, repair, and optimize critical equipment while supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs that drive reliability. This is a hands‑on role for a technician who wants to take ownership of complex equipment, improve performance, and make a real impact on safety, quality, and uptime.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology, or equivalent hands‑on maintenance experience.
2–4 years of equipment maintenance experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment and using CMMS platforms and diagnostic tools.
Experience independently managing multiple maintenance work orders while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
Experience performing problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis activities in support of maintenance or reliability improvements

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and process equipment independently while performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and documenting all work in the CMMS.
Support contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks while contributing to site maintenance KPIs and overall equipment performance.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, GMP, LOTO, confined space, and internal safety standards, and participate in risk assessments and audit‑ready documentation.
Identify and implement opportunities to reduce delays, improve maintenance efficiency, and support OEE improvements through proactive maintenance programs and reliability‑focused initiatives.
Support capital projects and equipment upgrades by providing maintenance expertise that enhances equipment reliability and operational readiness.
