About The Position

Join a fast‑paced GMP manufacturing team where your maintenance expertise keeps production running at peak performance. As a Process Maintenance Technician II, you’ll independently troubleshoot, repair, and optimize critical equipment while supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs that drive reliability. This is a hands‑on role for a technician who wants to take ownership of complex equipment, improve performance, and make a real impact on safety, quality, and uptime.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology, or equivalent hands‑on maintenance experience.
  • 2–4 years of equipment maintenance experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment and using CMMS platforms and diagnostic tools.
  • Experience independently managing multiple maintenance work orders while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
  • Experience performing problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis activities in support of maintenance or reliability improvements

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and process equipment independently while performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and documenting all work in the CMMS.
  • Support contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks while contributing to site maintenance KPIs and overall equipment performance.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, GMP, LOTO, confined space, and internal safety standards, and participate in risk assessments and audit‑ready documentation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to reduce delays, improve maintenance efficiency, and support OEE improvements through proactive maintenance programs and reliability‑focused initiatives.
  • Support capital projects and equipment upgrades by providing maintenance expertise that enhances equipment reliability and operational readiness.
