Serves as an experienced technical contributor, responsible for maintaining equipment reliability and process efficiency. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, monitoring critical process parameters, and implementing process improvements. While working with moderate autonomy, they act as a resource for less-experienced technicians and escalate only the most complex issues. Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Perform complex maintenance on production equipment (mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic systems) using diagnostic tools and technical documentation. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Support equipment lifecycle including installation, calibration, repair, and upgrades, documenting all changes. Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency. Collaborate with teams (engineering, quality, production) on process improvements and new product introductions. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance. Provide technical guidance and coaching to less-experienced technicians. Contribute to safety reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in developing standard operating procedures and maintenance documentation
