About The Position

Join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, GMP manufacturing environment supporting the growing field of oligonucleotide-based therapeutics. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

6+ years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing or a related field.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong skills in fluid handling and thermal control systems, as well as controls and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including P&IDs, control drawings, wiring schematics, and equipment manuals.
Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
Effective communication skills with vendors, team members, and internal stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tradesman certifications or related process equipment expertise.
Experience supervising or coordinating group work activities.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for manufacturing, utility, and laboratory equipment in a GMP environment.
Coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, spare parts management, and electronic asset tracking.
Author and review GMP documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs.
Support and troubleshoot systems using industrial control systems (PLCs, SCADA, BAS).
Evaluate, inspect, and maintain fluid handling, thermal control, and electrical systems, including pumps, agitators, piping systems, and automated valves.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Document maintenance activities accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, lock-out/tag-out, and work permits as necessary.
