About The Position

At Philip Morris International (PMI), we’ve chosen to do something incredible. We’re transforming our business and building our future on one clear purpose: to deliver a smoke-free future. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, sustainability, and overall performance. It involves collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing improvement opportunities, partnering with local, regional, and global stakeholders to implement solutions. The role also identifies training and capability-building needs and coordinates development programs to close skill gaps. Analyzing process performance, losses, and operational data is key to identifying improvement opportunities. The Process Lead develops and executes action plans that improve productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness, and coordinates testing and implementation of new technologies, materials, and process enhancements. Collaboration with regional and global teams to share and adopt best practices, and management of process changes to ensure specifications and standards remain current and effective are also core functions. The role involves designing and optimizing processes that meet customer expectations and PMI standards, and maintaining management systems and supporting internal and external audits.
