About The Position
This role works in conjunction with Engineering technicians, EOL-Leads, Raw Material Leads, and Quality techs to ensure quality product is being produced. The Process Lead is responsible for all material handlers and machine operators, coordinating personnel to ensure daily production goals are met, and ensuring parameter adherence. This role also serves as the communication point for all facets of line operations.
Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable in JDE/CONGOS/RFS SCANNERS
- Must be a machine operator II
- Must be familiar with, and able to work with, process notes
- Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Teamwork
- Strong Emotional Intelligence (Soft Skills)
- Respectful demeanor and communication style
