Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey. Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Raritan, New Jersey; Beerse, Belgium; Leiden, South Holland; or Zug or Schaffhausen, Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and set the future direction for supporting and improving our new process across all areas. As a key leader in the IM Transcend Team and the Value Chain Management (VCM) organization, the Process Lead will guide a team of functional experts in supporting and improving the processes and capabilities of the E2E Vein to Vein value chain in the new business operating system, known as TIME SAP. They will enable integration across the J&J IM V2V functions, to embrace the solutions that support end to end (E2E) organization and requirements while maintaining the integrity and reliability of ERP template. The role will be accountable for collaborating with a team of E2E experts in supporting the user community on the TIME system, and driving the ongoing process improvement for all capabilities. The role will include bench-marking, continuous improvement, consistent process documentation, and product deployment through the various Transcend projects and capability improvement releases. This individual must apply a refined, multi-functional tool-set of business expertise, technical knowledge, and change leadership to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process owners. The successful candidate will engage and operate with program teams at an execution level, as well as with program leadership at a strategic level.
