About The Position

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. The DRAM organization focuses on designing and developing industry-leading dynamic random access memory products, driving R&D, product design, and technology development for cutting-edge DRAM nodes. The Process Integration team is central to advancing next-generation memory technology, working across engineering, manufacturing, and change management. This role is for a Senior Process Integration Technician who will partner with Module Engineers to drive day-to-day execution, keeping experiments, conversions, and production priorities on track through coordination and communication. The role involves hands-on data analysis, issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment to support key technology milestones.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
  • 6+ years working in a technician role in manufacturing or R&D environments
  • Experience in process integration, semiconductor manufacturing, or module support
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data to support engineering decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem solving skills including root cause analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with DRAM process integration, advanced packaging, or change management at Micron
  • Familiarity with DRAM or bond flows and inline detection methods
  • Experience with Pareto analysis, GCP creation, and conversion execution
  • Understanding of cycle time optimization and priority-based lot management
  • Experience with program milestone planning, risk management, and change workflows

Responsibilities

  • Partner with PI Module Engineers to analyze data and support assigned process modules
  • Coordinate experiments, lot movement, and logistics including SWR issues, tracking, and holds monitoring
  • Collaborate with module owners, area owners, and change management partners to execute conversions on schedule
  • Provide engineering support including SWR/GCP writing, WIS monitoring, data extraction, and reporting
  • Communicate progress, risks, and needs to maintain alignment and meet program goals
