About The Position

Wolfspeed is hiring active college students for a paid, full-time, 12-week internship during the summer of 2027. The internship offers on-the-job experience, training and/or site visits, meaningful project work, opportunities to connect with leaders, colleagues and mentors, professional development, and community service. Day-to-day work will vary depending on the area of Wolfspeed the intern joins. Interns are expected to uphold Wolfspeed’s values of integrity and respect, ownership and accountability, and ingenuity and passion.

Requirements

Be an active college student.
Work full time for the 12-week internship during summer 2027.
