Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to develop, maintain, and improve process modules, including design rules, structural, and electrical specifications for alternative flows. The role involves optimizing existing process flows, developing creative solutions to meet product requirements, and designing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE) with statistical analysis. Responsibilities include analyzing results using tools like JMP, providing feedback for yield enhancement, and monitoring/analyzing inline data, defect data, parameter data, and probe data to address yield issues, improve performance and reliability, increase process margin, and reduce costs. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product Engineering, Modeling, Yield Enhancement, Electrical and Physical Failure Analysis, Defect Analysis, Param, and Quality teams to understand issues and priorities. This role requires summarizing complex problems, explaining actions taken, and driving team execution, as well as defining sub-milestones and maintaining communication between Process Integration, Process Development, and the Pilot Fab. Ensuring timely documentation of R&D activities for transfer to Manufacturing is also a key aspect.
