About The Position

The 14nm Product PIE holds full accountability for the lifecycle of products for specific customers, spanning from the initial NPI phase through to high-volume mass production. To maximize profitability and quality, the PIE drives systematic yield enhancement activities; when yield loss occurs, they lead the investigation to identify the root cause by leveraging data and insights from the Yield Analysis team. To ensure consistent quality across the fab, the PIE works closely with the owners of each unit process layer to define, validate, and implement Best Known Methods (BKM). Additionally, the PIE maintains a strong customer-facing presence by attending regular progress meetings, managing expectations, and diligently following up on all technical action items to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Engineering degree from Physics, Chemical Engineer, EE, Materials Science or Electrical Engineering
• 2 years or more semiconductor process experience
• Strong statistical analysis skill using JUMP or Spotfire
• Strong technical communication skill
