About The Position

This position is for an Engineer to be a part of the Fab Process Integration team. The successful candidate will participate in technology transfer and bring it to high volume production at advanced technology nodes in GlobalFoundries’ state-of-the-art 300mm wafer fab (Fab8) in Malta, New York. Requirements

  • Graduating with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Material, Physics, Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • English (Written & Verbal) language fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership of 14/12nm FinFET technology products and NPI product ownership with end-to-end (Product tapeout to Yield and Si delivery to customer) responsibility.
  • Problem solving in a timely manner to meet product delivery and manufacturing timelines.
  • Collaborate with other GlobalFoundries Fabs for technology transfer.
  • Setup manufacturing route, process flow and documentation for technology transfer and new product introduction.
  • Process matching for inline, physical, electrical test, yield and deliver silicon for qualification.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (module engineering, test, reliability, yield, device, planning, manufacturing, customer engineering) to meet the technology qualification criteria and Product delivery to customers.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
