About The Position

Rolls-Royce is hiring a Process Improvement Manufacturing Engineer for its Central ME Improvement Team in Indianapolis Operations. The role supports Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) improvement across all Indianapolis manufacturing facilities rather than a single department or product family. The engineer uses DMAIC methodology, lean principles, and data-driven problem solving to identify enterprise-level opportunities, address systemic issues, and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements. The position works across multiple product lines and partners with operations, quality, design engineering, logistics, manufacturing engineering teams, and leadership to improve performance and spread standardized best practices. The role is full-time and onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana, on a 9/80 schedule. Relocation may be available, as applicable.
