About The Position

As a Performance Improvement Coordinator, you are a driving force behind continuous improvement and operational excellence. You lead the application of Lean methodologies, coaching leaders and front-line staff to solve complex challenges and improve patient care. Through data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, you support quality, regulatory, and organizational goals while advancing toward CMS 5-star performance. You foster a culture of accountability and innovation by guiding improvement initiatives, implementing evidence-based practices, and delivering education that creates measurable, sustainable results across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related field required
  • 3 years of experience in Healthcare Quality Improvement or related field required
  • Experience with regulatory bodies and requirements that impact performance implementation (e.g., TJC, CDPH, CMS) required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
