About The Position

Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking a collaborative problem solver to join our Process Improvement Group. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders, process owners, and project teams to identify opportunities, improve business processes, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the Association. One available position, qualified candidate may work from our Westminster, MD, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Mount Joy, PA branch locations. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Generally, five or more years of experience supporting process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, or related initiatives.
• Knowledge of Lean, Operational Excellence, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions and presenting to all levels of the organization.
• Strong informal leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities within the organization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
• Assist in developing process documentation, recommendations, and implementation plans that support organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts.
• Partner with executive leaders and process owners to successfully implement process improvements and operational changes.
• Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and success measures to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements and track ongoing benefits.
• Communicate recommendations clearly and build support across teams.
• Promote continuous improvement principles and best practices throughout the organization.
