About The Position

Drives business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy. Communicates and implements continuously the (sub-) process production (fine) planning (Plan to Produce) on global level. Takes care of all Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout projects, including implementation of PP/DS. Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes. Supports the definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process Plan to Produce. Secures a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards. Drives digitalization and automation in planning related processes, including implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets. Monitors relevant key performance indicators, initiates and manages implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities. Trains and coaches user departments on how to apply standard processes. Requires intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, gained through academic studies and professional experience.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules.
  • Extensive experience with planning processes acquired through project delivery and/or operational environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain.
  • Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required.
  • Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
