About The Position

This role focuses on the technical upkeep and optimization of electronic sorting systems within the food industry, requiring a blend of hands-on maintenance and strategic process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing automated equipment, training operators, and collaborating to refine sorting programs. Beyond technical repairs, the position drives continuous improvement regarding safety and quality.

Requirements

• Experience working with automated equipment and electronics in an industrial setting is a requirement
• Follow all policies and procedures and work in a safe manner
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Good Time management
• Security minded
• Must be able to work rotating shifts
• Must be able to work with products including but not limited to onions and wheat

Nice To Haves

• Red seal certification
• Engineering or technology related education
• Prior relevant experience in continuous improvement
