YOUR DAY TO DAY: Operation and monitoring of furnace and exhaust equipment during 2nd shift. Seeking motivated individual that (once trained) can work independently to keep products moving through furnace brazing / firing operations and exhaust (vacuum / heat / electrical monitoring). Will train the right candidate (on 1st shift before transition)

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environment under variable ambient indoor temperatures (60-85+ deg F).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and follow written instructions.
  • Ability to handle/load up to 20 lbs alone or 75 lbs with assistance.
  • Must be able to read technical instructions and be willing to fill out data sheets on products.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, and Office, etc.).
  • This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a “U.S. Person” as defined under ITAR and EAR. In order to be a U.S. Person for ITAR and EAR purposes, you must (i) be a citizen or national of the United States; or (ii) be a lawful permanent resident of the United States; or (iii) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge or experience with furnaces, vacuum equipment and/or electrical measurement a plus.
