This position is for a Process / Equipment Operator at our Clearwater, Florida facility. The role involves operating equipment to test electronic components in compliance with written instructions, prescribed routines, methods, or procedures based on component type and testing requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must pass training and certification requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • High-energy, results-focused self-starter.
  • Ability to exercise flexibility with quickly changing data requests.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment to test electronic components.
  • Comply with written instructions, prescribed routines, methods, or procedures based on component type and testing requirements.
  • Work from procedures, specification sheets, and other associated documentation.
  • Verify that the supporting documentation matches the parts to be tested.
  • Complete all associated documentation requirements and signoff the testing and acknowledgement fields as required.
  • Place documents into the assigned work order packet.
  • Follow ESD guidelines and requirements and other precautions and procedures as required.
  • Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
  • Contact appropriate lead, supervisor or manager for any issues or concerns and the need for additional material and supplies.
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
  • Comply with all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures.
  • Build meaningful and productive relationships with internal business partners.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of third parties.
