About The Position

Join our team as a Process Engineering Technician, where you'll play a key role in optimizing production operations, supporting new product development, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and engineering functions. In this role, you'll be the bridge between Engineering and Operations, helping ensure products are manufactured efficiently, consistently, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus three years of manufacturing process experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality, or product development environments preferred.
• Ceramic engineering or ceramic fiber manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing processes and machine performance, making adjustments to improve quality and productivity.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process and product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate process, product, and equipment issues and develop practical solutions.
• Support new product development by creating prototypes, testing materials, and assisting with manufacturing implementation.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, drawings, and product specifications.
• Assist with product estimates, quotes, and manufacturing master data.
• Train production personnel on new processes, procedures, and best practices.
