About The Position
This role is responsible for supporting process engineering activities, including releasing work-in-progress (WIP) from hold, executing OCAP (Out-of-Control Action Plan) according to process specifications, and conducting engineering tests as directed by engineers. The technician will also be involved in training and certifying operators, proof-reading process specifications, and monitoring and analyzing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process data streams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of general semiconductor wafer processing and standard operating procedure in factory.
- Basic knowledge of die sort.
- Good written/oral communication skills.
- Fluency in MS - Excel, Word.
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred
Responsibilities
