10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable process engineering professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered technical systems.
Requirements
- Senior-level process engineering consultant with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
- Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing process optimization projects and technical documentation
- Skilled at evaluating workflows, technical requirements, and compliance
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability

- Understands the complex realities of process optimization
Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to process engineering, operational efficiency, workflow optimization, technical documentation, and practical aspects of industrial processes
- Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
- Draft realistic process engineering scenarios based on your direct professional experience
- Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. process engineer, client, project manager, operations leader)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated engineering content
- Assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true process engineering reasoning, authentic operational insights, and practical optimization procedures.
