About The Position
The Process Engineering Co-op will be a key member of our Engineering team out of our St. Louis, MO location. This person will be actively working in a plant environment to assist engineers with day-to-day project activities, ranging from data collection and analysis to troubleshooting. Key Program Info: Dates: Fall 2026 (August-December) Location: St. Louis, MO Work Environment: Onsite Hours: Full-time 1st shift hours for the duration of your co-op
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering
- Sophomore year requirements must be completed by program start (August 2026)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, as well as Minitab and/or Python
- Basic CAD experience
- High focus on safety and quality
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Root cause analysis and statistical analysis skills
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Performing data collection and analysis using Excel, Minitab, and/or Python.
- Troubleshooting production lines.
- Undertaking value-added tasks as requested by staff members.
- Helping to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Assisting with administrative duties.
