About The Position

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Process Engineer to design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants (pilot to fully operational) to achieve production goals. This role involves developing and improving manufacturing methods, managing improvement projects, optimizing press cycle time and consistency, and assisting in the development of new tools. The Process Engineer will collaborate with various teams to optimize processes and lead scrap improvement activities, contributing to a positive work environment and the company's sustainable future.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field
• RJG Training Certifications – Master Molder I & II
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific mold and process control.
• Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned.
• Manage the process to optimize press cycle time and consistency.
• Assist in the development and manufacture of new tools to minimize ‘time to market’ while maximizing cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes.
• Participate in the selection of processes and mold design considerations for new products.
• Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead various scrap improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
