Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Plastic or Industrial (desirable).
Advanced Excel, Power point, SAP, Power BI.
Proven experience in plastic injection molding process, molds, machines and conceptions.
DOE, FMEA, fishbone tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and Capture Efficiency Improvements: Find opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Plan and execute projects to capture gains from identified opportunities
Development and Budgeting of Equipment: Develop and budget devices, benches, and movement means. Focus on optimizing resource use (labor and cost) and creating efficient production flow.
Implementation and Monitoring: Implement and track productivity improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing or other indicated methodologies. Participate in the critical analysis and formulation of the annual investment plan for operational units.
Improvement Projects: Develop and implement projects to improve manufacturing processes and products. Reduce costs and optimize resources through critical analysis and action planning. Size and quantify the workforce at operational centers during project analysis. Build and validate master production data. Ensure data accuracy in the SAP system. Responsible for preparing presentations according to Project tools and having good skills when presenting to approval committees.
