Drive cost‑setting and improvement projects, including analysis of raw materials, chemicals, and process inputs. Manage the chemical program, including chemical inventory, usage optimization, vendor coordination, and compliance. Review, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance performance, quality, and yield. Support automation and process control improvements to reduce variability and improve production outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in: Paper Science Chemical Engineering Process Engineering Or a related technical discipline
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree with relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Paper Mill experience Desired.
