About The Position

The Process Engineer will execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. The Process Engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements. A demonstrated ability to persuade others to change existing processes and practices is essential. The role includes developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems, tools, and processes. Utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision-making across the center portfolio is crucial. The Process Engineer will provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions, and may lead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion. Comprehension of applicable health and safety requirements and regulations is necessary, along with performing other duties to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of process design methods, tools and software
  • Strong sense of owning the recommendation and implementation
  • Excellent structured problem solving skill including documentation of complex data sets for actionable trends
  • Ability to determine course of action based on guidelines and to modify processes and methods as needed
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner and to tailor content to the audience
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to gain the knowledge skills and experience required for the role
  • 2-5 years of experience evaluating, optimizing and designing processes
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
