About The Position

As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and enforcing standardized workflows across multiple operational divisions. This role is highly analytical and requires strong ownership of end-to-end process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering, BPO operations, or continuous improvement roles
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
  • PMP certification is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Ability to work independently in a high-performance, results-driven environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Map, analyze, and optimize operational workflows across administrative, medical, and portfolio management functions
  • Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability
  • Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure adherence to standardized processes to achieve consistent, defect-free output
  • Monitor operational KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to maximize throughput and reduce variance
  • Support system migrations and backend operational integrations
  • Ensure seamless coordination across platforms and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct structured root cause analysis on operational inefficiencies
  • Perform regular reviews to evaluate process improvements and their impact on scalability and performance
