Requirements
- MS or PhD
- 2 years’ experience of PVD, CVD, or ALD deposition process
Responsibilities
- Develop, Design, plan, and execute process optimization, collect data, summarize all results for wide range of process engineering experiments for PVD / CVD / ALD deposition process within safety guidelines.
- Manage process and hardware conditions at deposition chambers in cleanroom within cleanroom and safety guidelines.
- Utilize techniques to characterize process and hardware, define methods and apply new technologies to characterize process and hardware for deposition products, within safety guidelines
- Generate internal and external documentation for deposition products, presentations, technical reports and generate process engineering specifications
- Interact with customers to resolve a wide range of process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision
- Design and implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation.
- Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision.
