About The Position

The Process Engineer will be responsible for executing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. The Process Engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements and will develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. This position requires a strong ability to design, run, test, and upgrade systems, tools, and processes, utilizing data-driven approaches to monitor KPIs and drive decision-making. The role also involves providing technical expertise, leading or supporting capital projects, and comprehending applicable health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to persuade others to change existing processes and practices
Knowledge of process design methods, tools and software
Strong sense of owning the recommendation and implementation
Excellent structured problem solving skill including documentation of complex data sets for actionable trends
Ability to determine course of action based on guidelines and to modify processes and methods as needed
High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner and to tailor content to the audience.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to gain the knowledge skills and experience required for the role
2-5 years of experience evaluating, optimizing and designing processes
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

Execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability for center operations
Analyze current processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic accounts, IT, procurement, training and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of process enhancements
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure operational consistency
Design, run, test, and upgrade systems, tools, and processes.
Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-based decision-making across entire center portfolio
Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
Lead or support capital projects related to process improvements, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion
Comprehends applicable health and safety requirements and regulations
Perform other duties to meet the needs of the business.
