Requirements

Manufacturing Engineering Knowledge: Experience with manufacturing processes, product development, and production support.
CAD/PLM Proficiency: Skilled in Creo, Windchill, or similar CAD/PLM systems.
Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple projects and deliverables.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Product Testing & Validation: Experience developing test protocols and analyzing results.
Supplier Collaboration: Ability to work with suppliers to improve performance and reduce costs.
Technical Documentation: Skilled in creating drawings, BOMs, and technical reports.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, tracking, and prioritization abilities.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Commitment to learning and applying new tools and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and support to customer engineering teams.
Design and model customer and proprietary products using CAD tools.
Develop and maintain detailed assembly drawings and technical documentation.
Create and manage bills of materials, labor estimates, and product cost analyses.
Plan and conduct product qualification testing, including test plans, schedules, and reports.
Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing and quality issues.
Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
Coordinate prototyping and pre-production activities with internal teams and suppliers.
Support product development initiatives and manufacturing processes.
Manage project execution to ensure efficient and timely delivery of results
