Chobani•Town of Pittsfield, NY
•$24 - $38•Onsite

About The Position

As a Process Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on engineering experience in a food manufacturing environment, supporting process optimization, troubleshooting, equipment, and capital projects. You will apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges and help support Chobani’s mission of making high-quality, nutritious food accessible to more people. As the company introduces products, invests in manufacturing capabilities, and expands its reach, Process Engineering helps ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and at scale. You will work alongside the Engineering team and other onsite partners to understand manufacturing processes, identify opportunities, solve technical problems, and support engineering solutions. Depending on business priorities, work may involve fluid processing systems, mechanical systems, process optimization, or capital improvement projects. Chobani’s internship program gives interns hands-on work that contributes to business priorities, with end-to-end ownership of a defined project or business problem whenever possible. Interns receive mentorship, manager guidance, cross-functional exposure, networking opportunities, and learning experiences about Chobani, La Colombe, the business, and its culture.
