About The Position

This role focuses on process execution, advanced troubleshooting, quality and documentation management, process improvement, and engineering support within cell manufacturing. The Process Engineer will also be involved in mentorship, floor leadership, and ensuring safety and compliance management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or 10 years minimum on job training in cell manufacturing
• Direct experience in battery manufacturing, battery formation, or electrochemical processes
• Experience in energy storage, EV, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting new line launches, pilot lines, or manufacturing scale-ups
• Familiarity with MES or digital production tracking systems
