About The Position

This role involves evaluating, synthesizing, and interrelating information from internal and external sources to solve problems and make decisions. The Process Engineer will develop, document, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes using appropriate data and tools, and will be responsible for root cause analysis and corrective action. A significant portion of the time will be spent in the manufacturing production area.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience in process driven, continuous operations
  • Experience leading high performance work teams
  • Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong record of Lean Sigma Tools implementation

Nice To Haves

  • Wire and cable experience highly desirable

  • Evaluate, synthesize, and interrelate information from internal and external sources when solving problems and making decisions
