About The Position

As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor manufacturing technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues. You'll also measure film properties, generate technical documentation, and engage with customers to resolve concerns. Process Engineers collaborate with vendors and suppliers, and become familiar with implementing new technologies and products. You will experiment, learn, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the semiconductor and display industries, partnering with our globally recognized R&D teams on state-of-the-art research and development projects. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in Advanced Logic and/or Memory processes. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead functional teams or projects.

Requirements

Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Logic, DRAM, NAND and working knowledge of CMOS.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

Responsibilities

Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a wide range of complex process engineering experiments for multiple products, within safety guidelines
Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and apply new technologies to characterize hardware, and/or perform hardware characterization on a wide range of complex systems for multiple products, within safety guidelines
Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, technical reports and generate process engineering specifications
Develop, plan and execute process engineering projects, within safety guidelines
Interpretation of Data, new methodologies, troubleshooting techniques and resolve a wide range of complex process engineering issues/problems for multiple products
Interact with customers to resolve a wide range of complex process engineering issues/problems with limited to no supervision
Design and implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation
Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers with limited to no supervision
