Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Engineering
  • 0 - 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • A strong desire to lead projects and guide teams that impact the production of globally recognized brands.
  • Willing to relocate during your career.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis, implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • Lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.
  • Drive proper execution of Health, Safety, Environment (HS&E), and Quality standards.
  • Support and lead the adoption of digital solutions, facilitating the integration of new tools and training team members to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Support daily production line activities, build long-term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators to ensure perfect execution of standard work procedures.
  • Work with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to create the best solutions.
