About The Position

The Process Engineer provides assistance with the design, development, implementation and support of internal production applications and work flows. The Process Engineer also leverages their collection application knowledge to achieve continual improvement and problem solving throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and text editors.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply mathematical logic.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with FACs and/or Artiva preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and document account and data flows, using collection application tools that meet the minimum requirements established by CCS management or client expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain data and account flows through reporting, analysis and auditing to confirm processes are efficient and effective.
  • Review the work of peers to identify fundamental errors or areas for improvement.
  • Work with team members to trouble shoot process and application non conformances
  • Create and maintain comprehensive management and client reporting as defined by CCS management or client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely logging of work in Synergy.
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Contribute to the department’s operational excellence and deliver quality services in accordance with applicable procedures, policies and professional standards.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.
  • Ability to work onsite/in-office and in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.
