About The Position
Nuclear Projects and Consulting is seeking an experienced chemical engineer resource to fill a Process Engineering opening in Oak Ridge, TN. The Process Engineer will be part of a team of engineers in the design phase of projects. Additionally, you will perform and formally document Process Engineering calculations.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Chemical Engineer with ability to obtain licensure in TN
- Process Equipment specifications
- Experience in Project Engineering and Nuclear Engineering
Nice To Haves
- Experience Includes Nuclear material processing
- Q clearance or eligibility to obtain a “Q”
- Uranium processing experience
- Prefer someone already residing near the Oak Ridge, TN area
- Experience managing the work of other engineers and/or designers
- MS in Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
