Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, including but not limited to capital improvements, new equipment, safety, cost reduction, etc.
• Oversee completion of capital projects within established budget and schedule including: Managing completion of project tasks against schedule, Engineering and implementing solutions, Working with third party providers
• Develop and maintain system to monitor consistency of processes
• Automate new jobs and takeover jobs for all automated lines.
• Generate process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Maintain department PDCA’s and report out as necessary.
• Participate in Engineering kickoff meetings, ECN and New Jobs
• Develop, lead and implement process improvement initiatives and activities throughout the plant to improve competitiveness and operational excellence.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and meetings at the plant.
• Responsible for implementation and facilitation for year over year cost saving targets and initiatives at the plant.
• Direct and drive the utilization of problem-solving methods for related plant and customer issues.
