About The Position

This role is crucial for maintaining systems and executing tasks that support the company's continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. The Process Engineer will assist with data collection, ensure data accuracy, promote CI progress, and monitor departmental KPI scorecards. This position is integral to driving efficiency and effectiveness within the department.

Requirements

High School Diploma (required)
CI and high-performance work systems experience.
Ability to work with data analysis.
MS Office (Access, Advanced Excel / Macro), BI Tools (Tableu, Power BI) (Mandatory)
Detail oriented and good communication abilities and team player.
Strong analytical or problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on multi-functional teams.
Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Experience in Operational Excellence deploying Lean, Six Sigma, and/or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies (preferred)
Good knowledge of SAP, Power Apps (preferred)
Enthusiastic about new Technologies, Industry 4.0

Responsibilities

Provide training on CI tools and techniques.
Assist departments in following the established daily management system (DMS).
Help teams collect or extract data from systems to support CI activities and the DMS.
Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps.
Establish new work standards to sustain improvements.
Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.
