About The Position

The Process Engineer will be responsible for evaluating, synthesizing, and interrelating information from internal and external sources to solve problems and make decisions. This role involves developing, documenting, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing processes using appropriate data and tools, with a strong focus on root cause analysis and corrective action. A significant portion of the work, approximately 70%, will be conducted in the manufacturing production area, requiring strong project management capabilities.

Requirements

4-year degree in Engineering
4+ years of manufacturing experience
Experience in process driven, continuous operations
Experience leading high performance work teams
Experience with process control and new product introduction technologies
Proven project management skills
Strong record of Lean Sigma Tools implementation

Nice To Haves

Wire and cable experience highly desirable
