Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Process Engineer (R1-R4) to ensure a safe and compliant working environment by rigorously following safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety. Actively participate in safety initiatives, oversee the safe design and operation of equipment, and serve as a technical expert within the process team. Implement and monitor control systems and lead the resolution of complex technical issues. Apply formal problem-solving methods, respond to customer needs, provide guidance to technicians, and manage equipment maintenance strategies. Implement corrective actions, support commissioning activities, develop project scopes for capital investments, and serve as a liaison for both local and larger-scale projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 6 months of experience with developing process automation solutions.
  • 6 months of experience with implementing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • 6 months of experience with analyzing supplier performance and inventory data using SAP.
  • 6 months of experience with presenting regular metrics on manufacturing KPIs.
  • 6 months of experience with supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations and project initiatives.
  • 6 months of experience with JMP and Statistica.
