Requirements

• Minimum 3 Years of Electronics Manufacturing Experience
• Must be familiar with IPC-610 and J STD workmanship standards, certification preferred.
• Knowledgeable in continuous improvement techniques and problem solving.
• A Strong team player with excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible to changing work schedules and be able to see activities through to completion
• Must be a US citizen

Nice To Haves

• BS Degree in Engineering or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Provide Process Engineering Support for PCB assembly operations
• Generate and maintain programs for AOI equipment
• Generate and maintain selective solder programs
• Programming for Conformal Coating machine
• Programming for BGA Rework machine (knowledge of Ersa equipment a plus)
• CAM and CAD experience
