Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline.
- 3+ years in Engineering in a related industry
- Strong leadership, people and communications skills, problem solving skills
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Experience and understanding of process systems, metrics, CIP and SPC.

- Six Sigma training preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop, control and prioritize a CIP list for your assigned area.
- Lead CIP activities for your assigned area.
- Control SPI documents by ensuring all documents are current, concise, and agree with BOM’s.
- Baseline and monitor process parameters identified as critical to quality (run charts, control charts, etc)
- Lead actions to eliminate special causes.
- Identify and lead cost saving projects using DMAIC methodology.
- Control all other process related documents and ensure they are current.
- Provide process support for trials.
- Support root cause analysis of quality complaints.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
