The purpose of this role is to implement and optimize manufacturing processes by identifying and resolving inefficiencies, increasing performance, improving production capacity and quality, reducing costs, and ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable processes that support long-term business growth. Being the driving force behind the production processes: promote and oversee process excellence, respecting timing/budget/scope/safety/environment; develop process descriptions for new processes as needed within the scope of management of change procedures. Provide necessary process technology input and support to accomplish CAPEX projects, including the development of process flows as needed for new commercial projects. Set-up and implement process improvements to the existing production processes to increase productivity and/or lower cost..
