About The Position
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Process Engineer on 2nd shift. The Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with process simulation software
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct experiments and tests to identify areas for process optimization
- Analyze production data to evaluate process performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to production teams
