The Process Engineer will be responsible for providing performance data for selected machines, communicating action plans, and standardizing KPI definitions, data collection methods, and reporting formats. This role involves developing templates for standard work, operational checklists, and data collection forms. The Process Engineer will facilitate and own the Line Loss Analysis, gather and interpret data on problem issues, maintain trend analysis, and lead root cause problem-solving efforts using appropriate tools. Collaboration with line associates and technical groups on improvement recommendations, and providing regular communication on the status of losses and improvement activities are key aspects of this role. The position also involves participating in and implementing continuous improvement programs to enhance quality, lead-time, and reduce costs, as well as developing and implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or service. Support for data collection and analysis for Operations, including equipment startup and commissioning, and operational efficiency projects is also required. Other duties as assigned will be part of the role.
