About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a skilled and creative Process Engineer to design and implement efficient and ergonomic production processes in a dynamic environment. This role is crucial for a leading company in the auto industry that values innovation and quality. As the Process Engineer, you will manage the product interface with product development, contribute to the engineering change management process, support continuous improvement and production, and participate in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering or equivalent related experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering, preferably in the auto industry
• Technically skilled on product and process design, such as FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• International mindset, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• English required
