About The Position
This position will be located in our Plant 5, Ti-Cast Operation, and will support manufacturing through process control and improvement initiatives. The role involves assuming responsibility for the integrity of assigned products, establishing and maintaining external and internal customer contacts, documenting and preparing part-specific work instructions, maintaining knowledge of job costs, and developing/implementing appropriate plans to improve profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment will be required at the time of hire
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution in Materials or Metallurgical Engineering
- 1 year of work experience in an Engineering role (Co-Op or internship experience will be considered as work experience)
- Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work in a self-directed or team environment
- Good organizational skills
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ABS
- 1-3 years' experience using AS9100 or AS13100 Quality Management Systems
- Strong analytical abilities
