Process Engineer
About The Position
The open position is for a Process Engineer within the CNC machining team. This role specializes in the "hands-on" management and optimization of the production environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring processes support the highest standards of precision and efficiency in the manufacturing of critical engine components. These processes include grinding, polishing, turning, honing, drilling, and milling, and involve materials such as Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI), Forged Steel, and Aluminum. You will collaborate closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance machine uptime, and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with CNC machining processes including grinding, polishing, turning, honing, drilling, and milling.
- Experience with materials such as Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI), Forged Steel, and Aluminum.
